目的：プロジェクトマネジメントの利点を人事部門のメンバーに分かりやすく伝えること(実施時期：2018年10月10日 9:30-11:30)
背景：開発部門から人事部門に「プロジェクトマネジメントの知識が業務に必要であり、そのためにはPMPの資格取得を若手社員には必須としたい」という依頼があったが、人事部門のメンバーがPMPを知らなかったためプレゼンテーションを実施した
資料はオリジナルに作成されたものであり、プロジェクトの歴史と知識体系を知る上で有効との評価を得ている
Objective: To communicate with the HR department members of the benefits of project management in a concise manner (schedule for implementation: Oct 10, 2018, 09:30-11:30)
Background: The development department requested that HR department needs to acquire the project management knowledge for their operation and for doing so it would like to require young employees to obtain PMP as a must, however since HR department had no knowledge of PMP, we performed a presentation. The material was prepared originally, and obtains a reputation as a valid means for learning about the project history and knowledge structure.
