本日（会社A）の日本正規販売代理店であるという（会社B）より連絡があり貴社製品の日本での販売は市場での価格の混乱等を防ぐため、貴社の意向により日本国内の正規販売店を通じて入手した商品のみ可能という内容の連絡がありました。

Today we heard from (company B) which obviously is a Japan official distributor of (company A) and they told us that you could only sell the items that you purchased through the official selling agents inside Japan following the intention of your company to avoid the prices being messed up in the market regarding selling of your products in Japan.
