弊社にて20席で行っていた業務を、2ヶ月後に90席まで拡張して欲しいという依頼がありました。弊社で35席、協力ベンダーにて55席まで拡張しました。その際、クオリティを担保する為、協力ベンダーを弊社品質保証部の管理下に置き、弊社より管理者を2ヶ月派遣し、クライアントの要望に応えました。
We have a request for expanding the work you are currently doing from 20 seat to 90 seats in 2 months. We have expanded to 35 seats, and the cooperating vendors did it to 55 seats. Upon doing so, in order to secure the quality, we have placed the cooperating vendors under our quality assurance department's management and dispatched our manager for 2 months to accommodate our client's requests.
