お客様の仰る通りで追跡番号が確認出来ず、ご迷惑をおかけし申し訳ありません。今月日本に台風、地震が相次いで起こり、長期空港が閉鎖され物流が滞りました。また発送済の一部商品が空港施設内で1か月近く滞留し追跡出来ない状態になっていました。お客様の商品は既に送ったものの状況が確認出来ず、これ以上お待たせするのは申し訳ない為同じ商品を再発送致します。既に発送準備は終えておりあと5日～8日程度でご指定の住所へ届きます。追加費用は全て当方で負担します。追跡番号は24時間以内にお報せします。
We are terribly sorry for having caused you any inconveniences due to being unable to confirm the tracking number. Due to earthquakes and typhoons in Japan, the airport was closed down for a long time, which strongly affected the logistics service. There are also shipped orders which were stalled at the airport for nearly one month and cannot be tracked. Since we cannot confirm the status of the previously shipped items, and would like to not keep you waiting, we have shipped a new set of items again. Since all of the shipping process are completed, it will take from 5 to 8 days for the items to be delivered to the designated address. We will bear all of the additional shipping fee. We will contact you with the tracking number within 24 hours.
