商品の検品につきまして
以前、この商品の別のサイズのものを注文しました。
日本に到着した後に商品を確かめると、生地の表面部分に汚れがありました。
おそらく、パッケージのボタン部分の色が中の生地に色移りしたのだと思われます。
商品に汚れなどあると返品となります。
今回は百貨店への納品となるため、基準はさらに厳しくなります。
トラブルを避けるためにも、出荷前に汚れや生地の不良がないか、検品をしてもらえますか？
検品後、すぐに発送してください。お願いします。
Regarding the Product Inspection
Previously, I had ordered this product in a different size. When checking the product upon arrival in Japan, there were stains on the surface of the material.
Unfortunately, it seems like the color from a button on the package spread to the material inside. I have to return products with stains.
In this case, the product is being delivered to a department store, so the standards are especially strict.
In order to avoid any trouble, would you mind inspecting products before shipping for stains or problems with the material?
After finishing the inspection, please send the products immediately. Thank you.
