できれば、本日より一週間以内に商品が欲しいので、提案の通りDHLでの発送が望ましいです。
ただ、追加で42ドル費用がかかるのであれば、あなたのお店の商品(アンプ、イヤホン、ヘッドホン)(箱破損品やユーザーから返品された商品でも可)などをおまけとしてお付けいただけませんか？
早めに商品が欲しいので検討いただけると幸いです。

I would like to get the products within one week from today if possible, so the shipment by DHL would be preferable as your proposal.
However, if 42 USD would be necessary as the additional cost, would you give me your shop's items such as amplifier, earphone, headphone (the outer box damaged items or returned items from users would be fine) as complimentary gift?
