キャンセル処理が出来ませんでしたので、今ebayに電話で確認しました。
すると、ebay上で「2個まとめて」の取引状態になっているため、そのうち1個だけをキャンセルする場合、手続きが複雑になるということでした。
そのため、キャンセル処理をせずに、PayPalへ「返金のみ」行います。
ただし、あなたのPayPalアカウント側で手数料が引かれる為、その分も上乗せして、$121送金します。

I could not process the cancellation, so I contacted ebay by phone.
I was told that the cancellation process for only one of the items would be very complicated as two items were sold together.
For that reason, I will refund your PayPal account without processing the cancellation.
Since PayPal will deduct fee from your account, I will add the fee to the total of items and refund $121 to your account.
