注文した商品は植物検疫を終え、これから通関手続きに入るところです。
メールしたのは、通関手続きに必要な梱包明細に問題があったからです。
まずインボイスNo.3に対応した梱包明細が付属されておらず、またその他の明細もテキストが途中で切れていて不完全です。
また通関には必ず商品ごとの数量・正味重量・価格が必要になります。これはWTO加盟国における共通ルールで、基本的には輸出者側が責任を負うものです。梱包明細かインボイスのどちらかに、商品ごとの正味重量を記載してもらえると大変助かります。

Firstly, the packaging details have not been attached to the invoice No. 3 and the detailed text in other sections are ending in the middle and incomplete.
You always need to have quantities and net weight and its value for each product. This is a common rule among member countries of WTO and the shipper is to be responsible for. I would appreciate it greatly if you could add net weight for each product either on the packaging details or on the invoice.
