assembleと最終検査を日本でやることに、何の意味があるのでしょうか？
Vesselを日本に送る費用も掛かります。
assembleした時に何か不具合が発生した場合、日本で細かい修正ができないので、
再度韓国に送らなければならなくなる可能性もあります。
日本でassemble及び検査を行うことは、逆にリスクにしかなりえないと考えます。
