PSE申請者でないと発行できないとの事です。
副本を発行して頂けますでしょうか？
副本があれば日本で販売と手続きが進みます。
When we checked about PSE's duplication,
We were told it cannot be issued unless you are PSE applicant.
Could you issue a copy of it?
With the copy we can sell and promote it in Japan.
