お世話になります。
いつもログインする際のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してもログインができない状況です。
下記文言のエラー表示が出ます。

「Lost your password?」をクリックして、次の画面で「Username or email」の項目に「●●●」を入力して、「RESET PASSWORD」をクリックしても、パスワード再設定の画面に切り替わりません。
パスワードを再設定して、ログインできる状態にしたいのですが、
どうすればよろしいのでしょうか？

When logging in with the email address and password which I have been using, I am unable to do so and have been seeing the following error message.

After clicking [Lost your password?], I enter [●●●]in the [Username or email] field on the following page. Even after clicking [RESET PASSWORD", I do not get to the page where I can reset my password.
I would like to reset my password and log-in again but to no avail. What should I do in this case?
