As for the "not received item" case, you can just ask eBay to step in, as I told you before, if this is the first time ever you lost your mail tho the tracking shows delivered, eBay may help you. They usually credit back the money for the first time that buyer lost a mail with the tracking shows delivered. But if you met the same issue before and eBay had helped you once, then they won't help you again. So just go ahead and trigger an eBay Step In. If eBay credits a refund to you, you can order that coin again and we will ship you again.
