帰国後に使用するため、次の機材は持ち帰りました。
・USB接続のコントローラー
・USB接続のメディアリーダー
又、機材の送り返しをよろしく御願いします。
以下、黒いボックスに入れてください。
申請をしていないので、ケーブルユニットは梱包材（ぷちぷち）にくるんで、
キーボード・マウスを入れるPCの箱にいれてください

I took the following equipments with me as I would use them when I went back.
・the controller for usb connectors
・the media leader for usb connectors
Also, please send back the equipments too.
Place them in a black box as following.
Since I haven’t made an application, the cable unit have to be wrapped in bubble wrap and place it in a pc box for keyboard and mouse.
