製品がまだ日本に戻って来ないので状況が不明ですが、USPSの追跡情報で調べたところ、２月２５日にMPSAに製品が引き渡された所まで追跡が出来ましたが、その後は不明となっております。
お手数ですが最寄りのMPSAもしくはUSPSにお電話いただき、追跡番号****が届かないとお伝えいただいてもよろしいでしょうか？
もしそれで見つからない場合、再送しても同じ結果になる可能性が高いので返金処理をさせていただきます。改めて購入して別のお届け先をご指定ください。

Although without the item returned to Japan and it is not clear what it is like, when we checked by the USPS tracking information, we could track down up to the day when it was passed to MPSA on 25 February, but after that we cannot tell what is happening to it.
We are sorry to trouble you but could you call either MPSA or USPS and tell the tracking number *** has not been delivered yet?
If it does not help, as there is the possibility of re-occur the same thing again, we would like to issue you a refund process. Please purchase one and give another address.
