日程を1日間違えて連絡していたようです。

〇〇さんは3月13日のPMに別件があるため、朝の便で帰国します。
私は16:00の便で日本へ帰る予定です。
今回のメインテーマはA社との打合せ（技術移転）だと考えていたので、
あまり日程に余裕がなかったのですが、〇〇さんの日程を調整し、今回の
出張の予定を立てました。
B社との打合せは次回の出張の時にアレンジをお願いしたく存じます。
来月また出張に行く機会があると思いますので、日程は相談させて下さい。

As I thought that the main theme was the meeting (technical transfer) with A Company this time, I there was not enough time to the schedule very much, but I adjusted XX's schedule, and I planned the business trip this time.
