前回のメールを読んで、私の確認不足かもしれないと思い、商品を納品先より引き上げもう一度確認しましたがやはり"lower teeth"はありませんでした。写真も撮りましたのでご確認ください。
今回この返品により一個当たり51円かかったので全部で約60ドルほどかかりました。
またこの商品をもう一度納品する必要があるのでさらに送料が必要になります。これは大きな損害です。
このことも踏まえて、今回どのような補償をしていただけるかご検討ください。
Having read your last email, I thought I might have overlooked something and took back the item from my customer for confirmation.
However, I confirm there was no "lower teeth". Please see the attached photo that I took.
For the return, it cost about 51yen per piece, that is, about 60 dollars in total.
Also, to deliver this item again, I will have to pay shipping cost, which will be a big loss for me.
Taking these into account, please kindly consider what kind of compensation you could offer me.
