日本の郵便局へ問い合わせ致しました。
日本国内の郵便局でトラブルがあり、発送が遅延していたようです。
現在は東京国際郵便局で通関手続中のようです。
商品に問題はなく、通関手続が完了されればイタリアへ発送されます。
イタリアの郵便サイトで情報が反映しなかったのは、商品自体がイタリアに到着していなかった事が原因です。
イタリアに到着後すれば情報が反映されるようですので、もうしばらくお待ちください。

It is being cleared in Tokyo International Post Office.
As there is no problem at the item, after it is cleared, it will be sent to Italy.
The reason that information was not reflected at the website of Italian post is the item had not arrived in Italy.
As the information will be reflected after it arrives in Italy, may I ask you a patience?
