As repair is possible, you can pack the clock itself in a buffer packing with a memo (what paper ever you can use) written its breakdown state in detail and your address, please ship to an appointed place (State of Oregon) in a such as cardboard box. To make shipping cost lower, please do not ship the watch's box and accessories. Although you must pay for the shipping cost to the appointed place, except that, we will own other shipping cost and repair fee. As it past more than 30 days after you received the purchased item, we can’t refund or exchange. However, repare would be available. So please send the watch itself, packaged with coushionig materials and a note explaining about its detailed malfunction and the return address , to the designated location (Oregon). In order to reduce the shipping cost, please don’t enclose the accessories or provided box with. The shipping cost to the designated location will be borne by customers, but other shipping cost and the repair cost will be covered by our store.
