当初Aの設計について、PMMAはPCと同様な設計を進めてきました。しかし、PMMA のViscosityはPCより高いケースが増えたため、COC/COPとPCの中間的なResidence timeかつ、High differential pressuredでAの設計を行うようになりました。設計が難しいですが、弊社はBを考慮した上で、Aの提案をします。
新しいCの設計は、2箇所でシールすることによって、より樹脂のリークを防ぐことができ、安定した製品を生産できます。
