広州にある会社設立事務所で設立を依頼して作ったのですが
不備が多く不安です。
来年の２月で設立1週年を迎えるため決算を行わなくては
ならないのですが、決算、そして決算以降の会社管理などを
貴方の事務所でお願いすることは可能でしょうか？
またノミニーを探してもらうことは可能ですか？

Good day. I am a Japanese with a company in Hong Kong.
I sent this email here thanks to the introduction by a Japanese friend.
I requested its establishment at the company-established office in Guangzhou and it was made but the defects are many and worrying.
I have to make the financial results report in order to celebrate the first year of establishment on February next year but can I ask your office to make the financial results report and the company management etc after the budget?
Also, can you find nominees for me?
