I ordered your product on Sept 28.
I sent a request for a refund on Oct 12 as the product had not been shipped, and reordered the product the same day. However, you shipped the product regardless of my request, making my second order redundant.
I requested to cancel the second order but you still shipped it.
I will send back the second order so please refund me the full amount.
