NECの山田さんに、今回予定されている組織変更の概要について先行的な説明をしました。
山田さんのコメントは次の通りです。
・事前に鈴木さんからご説明があったことを感謝する。
・SAPのERPは、これまで色々と問題あったものの、次第に安定的に稼動するようになり、現在、NECグループにおいて重要な機能を発揮している。
・更なる海外展開として、新たにA社の海外子会社やB社のグローバル事業等でのERPの利用を拡大するため、NECグループでのプロジェクト・チームがスタートした。
I explained to Mr. Yamada of NEC about the outline of planned organization change ahead.
His comment is as follows.
- They appreciated that Mr. Suzuki has explained ahead of the change.
- ERP of SAP has gradually been operating stably although it had had a various problem. Now, it exercises an important function in NEC group.
- As further development to foreign countries, the project team in NEC group started for newly expanding the use of ERP in global business of A's foreign subsidiary and B.
・最終的な組織変更が決定したら、その内容を正式に説明して頂きたい。そして、どのような組織変更があったとしても、SAPには、従来どおりのサービスの提供を継続して欲しい。
・仮に、SAPの創業者であるTomさんが会社を離れたとしても、NECと新しいSAPとの良好な関係の維持のために、鈴木さんには従来どおり力を尽くすように、是非お願いしたい。
・なお、この組織変更がSAPから正式に発表されるまでは、秘密にしておきます。
・When the final organization change has been finalized, we would like you to explain about the changes officially. Also, we would like you to continue your service regarding SAP whatever you organization change might be.
・If Tom the founder of SAP leaves your company, we would like to ask Mr. Suzuki to help us as before to create a new and excellent relationship between SAP and NEC.
・Also, we will keep this confidential until your organization change will be officially open to the public.
