私は海外アマゾンで販売する日本人セラーです。
昨日アマゾンカナダでLegoの出品をしていたため知的財産権違反とみなされ、アカウントでの販売をストップされました。
改善案を出した所、却下されサスペンドとなってしまいました。
私は実際にLegoを販売したことがなく、出品だけしていました。もちろんアマゾンが求めるいかなる書類も持ち合わせていません。
このような場合でも解決可能でしょうか？何卒お力をお貸し下さい。
I am a Japanese seller who sells items on Amazon overseas.
Yesterday, the sale with my account was stopped due to the infringement against intellectual property right since had listed Lego on Amazon Canada.
I submitted an improvement plan to Amazon, but it was rejected and my account was suspended.
I have only listed Lego and have never sold them.
Therefore, I do not have any documents required by Amazon.
Would it be possible to solve the issue in this case? I would appreciate for your help.
