鉄部分の脚受けに対し、天板のサイズが綺麗に合わず、カタカタ浮いてしまったり、グラつきがあったり、固すぎて手で外せないものが多々あります。お客様には天板は固定させておらず、手で外せるとの案内をしておりますので上記内容では良品として扱うことができません。また、グラつき等に関しましては指を挟む危険性のあるものまでありました。取り付けた際に、全ての箇所に隙間なく、グラつく事の無い製品を生産お願い申し上げます。

There are many products whose leg catcher of the iron part does not fit the top panel so that it is floating and wobbling. Sometimes it is too hard to remove it by hand. Since we let the customers know that the top panel is not fixed and it can be removed by hand, the current product cannot be sold as a proper item. Also, regarding the wobble, some products are wobbling so much that it is even dangerous with fear of pinching fingers. Please make sure to check if there are no gaps on all parts and to make sure that there is no wobble when you produce the product.

There are many cases that the products rattle and float are shaky since the size of the top board doesn't completely fit to the receiver of the iron part, or it is too hard to remove by hand. Since we have introduced to our customers that the top board is not fixed so they can remove it by hand, we can't handle with these as good products. With regard to the issue of wobbling, some of them were the risk to catch a finger. I would like you to produce the item that has no cracks on all parts and should never be shaky.
