■製造にあたっての保証項目
・完成した商品に関しまして、特許権、実用新案権、意匠権、商標権、著作権、パブリシティ権等の権利侵害がないことを保証します。
・製品の製造にあたって、不正競争防止法、景品表示法、家庭用品品質表示法等の法令違反がないことを保証します。違反した場合には、製造者側が一切の責任を負います。

According to company regulations, it is necessary for the following items to be guaranteed before placing a formal order to the manufacturer, therefore it would be great if you could check them.

・完成した商品に関しまして、特許権、実用新案権、意匠権、商標権、著作権、パブリシティ権等の権利侵害がないことを保証します。
Guarantee that there are no infringements on the patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, copyrights, publicity rights etc. of the product.
・製品の製造にあたって、不正競争防止法、景品表示法、家庭用品品質表示法等の法令違反がないことを保証します。違反した場合には、製造者側が一切の責任を負います。
Guarantee that there are no legal violations to laws such as the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, the
Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Household items Quality Notation Act etc. n the manufacture of the product. If there are any violations, the manufacturer assumes all responsibility.
・完成した商品に瑕疵、欠陥等のないことを保証します。商品に瑕疵、欠陥等があった場合には、依頼主と相談の上、製造者側がなんらかの対応をいたします。
・製造する商品に関して注意すべき点がある場合には、事前に必ず通知致します。
ご確認のほど、宜しくお願い致します。
・完成した商品に瑕疵、欠陥等のないことを保証します。商品に瑕疵、欠陥等があった場合には、依頼主と相談の上、製造者側がなんらかの対応をいたします。
