モノクロの写真は1992年に撮影したもので当時は東京海上ビル（写真中央右
の濃い色のビル。カラーでは茶色のビル）より高い建物はありませんでした。
やはり皇居に近いこともあり自粛していたようです。しかし、いつのまにか
高いビルが建ち並びすぐ近くのパレスホテル（カラー写真中央左の白いビル）
は23階建てに建てかわった。カラー写真は2013年秋撮影。
The picture of black and white was taken in 1992. At that time, there was no taller building than that of Tokio Marine (Dark colored building in the middle right of the picture. In the colored one, it is the brown building).
As it is close to the Imperial Palace, it seems that they voluntarily tried not to build a tall building.
However, tall buildings have been built while we were not conscious of , and Palace Hotel nearby (white building in center right in the colored picture) was reconstructed to 23 story hotel. The colored picture was taken in autumn of 2013.
