Unfortunatly, the only thing that I have received was a plastic bag with custody papers and a note from Canada post saying that the item was found so damaged that they were incapable to send it to me.
I am really sad and discouraged about that and I don t know what to do with the situation.
I have a photo of the documents if you need it.
Tell me there is a way I don t loose it all In this situation please...

残念なことに私が受け取ったのはプラスティックのバッグであり、これにカナダの郵便局からの保管についての書類とお知らせが添付されていました。このお知らせによると、荷物の破損状態があまりにもひどいので、送れないそうです。
これについてあまりにも失望しており、どのように対処して良いか分かりません。

このような状態でも損をしない方法を教えてください。
