左の図の赤丸のような状態の塗装があります。少し触っただけで右の図のように塗装がボロボロ剥がれ、錆びがむき出しになります。綺麗に塗装されている物は触っても勿論剥がれたりはしません。
The coating conditions are as it appears on the red circle of the figure on the left. By only touching it a little the coating comes off as can be seen in the figure on the right. The rust starts showing. The ones that have been neatly coated won't come off even when it has been touched.
