以前お話しした貴社商品の香港向け直送の件ですが、貴社が梱包に使っている木製パレットは中国向けの発送に使用できないことが分かりました。木製パレットの場合、燻蒸処理済みのものでなければ中国国内へ持ち込めないとの事です。ですので中国向けの発送には、燻蒸証明書付き木製パレット、もしくはプラスチック製パレットや強化ダンボール製パレットなどの代替品を使用していただけないでしょうか？
About directly sending to your company's product to Hong kong that we talked about before, I learned that the wooden pallet used by your company for packaging can't be used for shipping to China. If the wooden pallet is not fumigated, it cannot be carried into China. Therefore, in shipping to China, can't you use wooden pallets that have a fumigation certificate, or plastic pallets or durable cardboard pallets etc. as substitutes?
