このOrder#のRugが到着しました。
しかし注文と全く異なる 02A 9'11"x14' rug が届きました。
しかも、5月9日に注文して2週間も発送されないので、
私が発送催促の連絡をして、ようやく5月24日に発送されました。
そして全く異なるrugが届きました。酷すぎます。故意ですか？
届いたラグは返送するので、返送用ラベルをメール送付して下さい。
このOrder#で同じrugを再注文したので大至急発送して下さい。
最近、発送ミスが多発しています。
つぎは絶対に間違わないで下さい。
The Rug, the order #, has arrived. But 02A 9'11"x14' rug, which is totally different from which I ordered, arrived.
In addition, even though I ordered on May 9th, it wasn't sent after two weeks, so I requested you to ship, and after all, it was sent on May 24th.
And, the totally different rug arrived. That's terrible. Did you do that on purpose?
