The Influencer and Company agree that this Agreement shall
begin on the date listed above, and continue until the project is completed, or until
terminated by either party. {Insert specific dates instead, should your
Agreement require such.}
Compensation. The Company agrees to pay {amount of money per hour, day, week,
month, year, or a flat fee} to the influencer, and will render this payment {weekly,
monthly, upon completion of job, etc.}
The Influencer will keep confidential all intellectual and/or physical information that
they learn in the process of this arrangement.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, provided that the terminating
party gives written notice {length of time} prior to termination.
インフルエンサーおよびカンパニーはこの契約の効力発生日が上記の日時より開始し、プロジェクト完了までまたはいずれかの当事者により中止されるまで継続することに合意する。{当契約書が必要とする場合は、代わりに特定の日時を挿入}
補償。カンパニーはインフルエンサーに対し{時給、日給、週給、月給あるいは固定金額}を支払い、その支払いを{毎週、毎月、作業完了時など}に行うことに合意する。
インフルエンサーはこの調整の過程で知りえた一切の知的あるいは物理的情報の守秘義務を遵守すること。
いずれの当事者も中止を申し入れる当事者が事前に書面をもって{期間}前までに他方の当事者に通達することにより当契約は随時中止することができる。
