著作権は「著作物を作った時点で自動的に発生し保護される」とする原則が、ほとんどのの国が採用しています。これは契約書の有無は関係ありません。

He can retry to upload videos or post comments whatever he wants to write.
As I misunderstood, fans who would watch the video would think that you control the account.
If he insists on publishing it on his own account, I believe, at least, you should not allow him to use your name without your permission.
Most countries adopt the principle that copyright is "automatically generated and protected at the time of making copyrighted work". This principle is true regardless of that there is a contract.

つまり、映像に関しては彼に権利があるかも知れませんが、提供した曲はあなたのものです。
彼がYouTubeに勝手にアップしても、著作権侵害の申し立てをすれば、そのビデオは削除できます。 （私は以前、その申し立てをした経験があります）
「勝手に名前を使った場合は著作権侵害の申し立てをする」と彼に伝える事も必要かも知れません。

In other words, the video may be copyrighted by him, but the song you provided is yours.
For the video he would upload on YouTube without your permission, it would be deleted if you file a copyright claim. (I filed a similar claim in the past).
You may need to tell him that "you will file a copyright claim if he uses your name without your permission."
This is just my own opinion, so I respect your decision as to what you want to do at the end of the day.
