こちらでも操作を確認致しました。
SP404本体にはカードをロックする機能はないようです。
SDカード自体にロックの切り替えスイッチがついているようですが、これは解除になっていますか？
発送する前は問題なく動作しておりました。
これ以上詳しい事はわからないのですが、他のSDカードでの動作は問題ないですか？
お手数をおかけいたしますが、一度確認して頂ければと思います。

SP404 itself does not have a function that locks the SD card.
It seems that the SD card itself has a lock/unlock switch.
Can you confirm that this is unlocked?
Before shipping , it worked without problem.
