乗る前に座る場所は決めておきます。湖上では絶対に乗り換えない
パドルは、右と左に１本づつ出して持ちます
左右に出したパドルで、一緒に前漕ぎをする
左右に出したパドルで、一緒に後ろ漕ぎをする
曲がりたい方を漕いでいる人が後ろ漕ぎをする
二人で同じほうを漕ぐと重心が偏り、ひっくり返りやすいので持ち替えないで下さい
両端を見比べ、広く開いている方が前になります。
揺れるので、押さえてから乗り込むこと
カヌーの前の方を湖に浮かべ、後ろに乗る人が後ろの端にまたがって座り、しっかり押さえる。

Row both left and right paddles together forward.
Raw both left and right paddles together backward.
The one who is on the curving direction row the paddle backwards.
If two persons row on the same side the center of the gravity leans to make a canoe flipping over, so do not switch the sides.
Compare to see both ends and the side which has wider opening will be the front.
Canoe shakes so grab hold on to it when you ride.
Float the front part of the canoe on the lake, and the person who rides in the back sits astride on the rear end and hold tight.
前に乗る人は、低い姿勢でカヌーの真ん中をゆっくり進み、前のシートに前向きで座る
前に座った人は自分の横にパドルを突き立てカヌーとパドルを一緒に持ち、カヌーを支える
3人で乗る場合、ここで乗り込み真ん中の椅子に前向きで座る
後ろに座る人も乗り込み、シートに座る
全員乗り込んだら、パドルで押し出す
平らな所を狙って勢いよく前から着岸する
前に座っている人は、前の浜に降り、カヌーを少し引っ張り上げる
先に降りた人は、先の方にまたがって座り、しっかり押さえる
順番に一人づつ、低い姿勢で移動し、降りる
The person who get on front side, you go though on center of canoe and go in low slowly. Seated front side in forward way.
The person who seated, you thrust paddle and have canoe and paddle on your side. Then you hold the canoe
If you get on three people, you seat the center of this chair frontally and get on from this.
The person seat the back side also get on and sit down on the seat.
When the all people get on, push out using paddle.

The person who seated front, you get off the beach, and pull canoe up on a beach.
The person who get off first, you seat astride toward front and put it strongly.
Move in low slowly one by one, and get off.
