If you have placed an order, please can you provide us with an order number associated with the order you are enquiring about.
If you have attempted to place an order and believe funds have been taken, please let us know the time and date of this and we can advise accordingly.
If there has been a change in the price that you were expecting to pay on an order, please supply the photograph of the different price and the order number and we can look into this further.
