園規則
1.目的
A幼児園（以下「当幼児園」）は、園児の健やかな成長のため、保護者と当幼児園が互いに協力し合いながら、園児が安心して生活できる教育・保育を提供できるよう、必要な事項を定めることを目的とする。
2.名称
当幼児園は、A幼児園と称する
3.修業・保育年限
修業・保育年限は4年以内とする
4.年度
年度は、4月1日に始まり、翌年3月31日に終わる。
5.休園日
土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日
理事長が必要と認めた日（以下は一例）
a.災害時
b.週末イベントの振替休日
その他 別表「休園日」の通り
Kindergarten rules
1. Objective
"A Kindergarten" (henceforth "Our kindergarten") for the healthy growth of our kindergarten children, our goal is to work together with the parents and guardians while establishing what are important to be able to provide education and nurturing so that the children can live in security.
2. Name
Our kindergarten is named "A Kindergarten"
3. Course of study and nurturing period
The period of our courses and nurturing is within 4 years.
4. Fiscal year
Our fiscal year starts on April 1 and end on March 31 of the following year.
5. Holidays, rest days
Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays
On days that our chairman deems necessary (the following are examples)
a. During calamities
b. Substitute holidays for weekend events
Others, as stated in a separate sheet "Kindergarten Rest Days"
6.欠席
園児が欠席するときは、保護者は、事由を当幼児園に連絡しなければならない。特に、別表「登園禁止の感染症」にかかったときは、学校保健安全法施行規則により出席停止となり、直ちにその症状を連絡しなければならず、登園再開のためには別に登園届を提出しなければならない。また、別表にない病気においても、園から登園届の提出を求める場合がある。
集団生活をする中で、園内での感染防止のためにも、登園届の提出が無い場合には、再登園は認められない。
6. Absence
In the case of absence, the guardian is responsible for reporting the reason for the child's absenteeism. According to "School Health and Safety Act", when the child is diagnosed with any illness that applies to the "Suspension of Attendance Due to Infectious Disease", the child is prohibited from attending the kindergarten. Additionally, a report of the illness is required immediately, as well as an attendance report when returning to the kindergarten. Certain illnesses may require an attendance report even if they are not outlined in the "Suspension of Attendance due to School Infectious disease".
In consideration of each individual child's health in the community setting, if the necessary attendance report is not submitted by the absent child's guardian, attendance will not be permitted.
再登園の条件は、他園児と同様に集団生活を送れることであり、「体調万全でないため、外遊び無し希望」等の要望とともに登園させることはできない。
7.遅刻
遅刻をする場合は、あらかじめ、その旨と登園予定時刻を当幼児園に伝えなければならず、外遊びや昼寝、その他活動の時間帯を避けての登園をお願いすることがある。登園予定時間の変更は、都度必ず連絡をすること。
集団行動を行い、生活リズムを築いていくためにも、保護者は、遅刻が無いよう努めること。
The conditions to reentry shall be able to live a group life as other children, it is not let them attend along with requests such as "Wishing any outside play because of not satisfactory condition ".
7.Being late
In case of being late, it must be notified that and the scheduled time for entry to this kindergarten beforehand, we shall sometimes asked to avoid playing outside, taking a nap, other time zones of activity. The change of scheduled time for entry shall be notified every time.
Guardians should try not to be late for collective living and build a life rhythm.
8.早退
早退をする場合は、あらかじめ、その旨と降園予定時刻を当幼児園に伝えなければならず、外遊びや昼寝、その他活動の時間帯を避けての降園をお願いすることがある。降園予定時間の変更は、都度必ず連絡をすること。
また、園児が体調を崩した場合には、園内での感染防止や園児自身の健康を守るためにも、直ちに当幼児園まで保護者もしくは代理の人にお迎えいただく。
9.入園
当幼児園に入園するには、別に指定する日までに入園料の支払い手続きをしなければならない。
8. Leaving the kindergarten early
When leaving the kindergarten early, the scheduled leaving time must be informed to the kindergarten in advance and the kondergarten may ask to leave avoiding outdoor playing time, napping time or other activity time. If the leaving time is changed it must be informed to the kindergarten each time. Also when children fall sick, caretakers or their substitutes must come to the kindergarten imediately to take the children back home to prevent infection in the kindergarten or to keep children's health, too.
9. Entering the kindergarten
To enter the kindergarten, the entrance fee must be paid by the day specified separately.
これが、指定する日までに行われない時、入園許可を取り消すことがある。
10.退園
園児が退園する場合は、退園希望の前々月の末日までに、保護者から理事長に退園届を提出するものとする。なお、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、書面にて保護者に通知することにより、当幼児園は事前の催告又は通知をすることなく、園児を退園とすることができる。
a.保護者が保育料等を所定の期日を過ぎても支払わない場合。
b.園児の保護者等の関係者が、園規則など園の運営ルールを守らない場合。
If this is not done by the deadline, we may cancel the entrance to our kindergarten.
10. Leaving kindergarten
When a kindergarten child leaves our kindergarten, parents must submit a notification to the chairperson by the end of two months ago which they want to leave kindergarten. In addition, in case of the following each matter, by notifying to the parents in writing, without reminding or notifying in advance by us, we can let the kindergarten children leave.
a. Parents do not pay a childcare fee, etc. over the deadline.
b. The people concerned like parents of kindergarten child do not obey our management rules.
c.園児の保護者等の関係者が、園の運営を著しく阻害する場合。
d.その他、当幼児園長と保護者の間で協議し、当幼児園の利用を継続することが園児の健やかな成長を妨げると判断した場合。
11.修了
理事長は、園児が所定の課程を修了したと認めるときは、卒園証書を授与する。
12.保育料等
当幼児園の保育料等は、別紙「保育業務委託契約書」の通りである。
a.月額保育料、施設利用料、昼食費（おやつ込み）及びバス送迎費は当月20日に翌月分を支払い。
c.When it is significantly inhibited the management of the kindergarten by child guardians or their stakeholders
d.When it is the others, judged that continuing the use of this kindergarten shall interfere with the healthy growth of the children through discussion between director of this kindergarten and guardians/
11.Completion
The president shall award the graduation certificate when he/she admit the child has completed the prescribed course.
12.Child care fee etc
Child care fee etc shall be followed as attached "Childcare Service Outsourcing Contract".
a.Pay the following month on the 20th of the month, the monthly childcare fee, facility usage fee, lunch fee (snack included) and bus transfer fee.
b.延長保育利用料は、翌月の20日に当月分を支払う。但し、退園月や卒園月については、この限りでない。
c.上記の保育料等の支払いは、原則として保護者指定の金融機関口座から自動引落とする。20日が土日祝日等金融機関の休業日の場合、翌営業日に引き落としを行う。ただし、口座振替手続き完了前や残高不足等の理由で引き落としがされない場合、別に指定する銀行口座へ所定の金額を振り込まなければならない。振込名義人は「園児の氏名」とし、園児の氏名と異なる場合は、当幼児園へ連絡を行うものとする。
b.Extended childcare fee shall be paid the current month on the 20th day of the following month. However, it does not apply to the month of withdrawal and the month of graduation.
c.Payment of the above childcare fee and others shall be automatically withdraw from financial institution account designated by guardian in principle. However, it must be transferred a predetermined amount to the separately designated bank account when it is not debit for reasons such as before bank transfer procedure completion or balance shortage. The transfer holder shall be the "name of the child" and it shall be notified the kindergarten if it is different from the name of the child.
振込手数料は保護者の負担とする。
d.その他費用の支払方法・支払時期については、別途定める。
e.保護者は、園児が月の途中で入園又は退園した場合でも、入園又は退園をした月についての、１カ月分の月額保育料及び施設利用料を支払うものとする。
13.園児送迎
保護者もしくは保護者の関係者は、園児の送迎の際に当幼児園が発行する「保護者証」を必ず携帯し、求めがあれば必ず当幼児園のスタッフに提示を行うこと。降園時（送迎バスの降車時含む）に提示が無い場合、原則当幼児園スタッフは園児を引き渡さない。

e. Even if the kindergarten child enters or leaves in the middle of the month, parents must pay the childcare fee and facility use fee for a month regarding the entering or leaving kindergarten.
13. Courtesy of kindergarten children
When the parents or the people involved must hold "parent testimony" issued by us regarding the courtesy of kindergarten children, it is needed to show to our staff members for sure when asking. When getting on or off (including the pick-up bus), if you do not show it, our staff cannot leave children as a rule.
代理人で、保護者証を提示できない場合は、保護者が代理人の氏名を当幼児園へ伝え、代理人は、送迎時に身分証明書を提示しなければならない。
園児の体調や朝の体温を保護者は当幼児園の所定の方法にて報告し、原則、体温37.5度以上の場合、当幼児園は受け入れない。また、熱が無い場合でも、園児の健康状態によっては、受け入れられない場合がある。
a.園バス送迎
バス乗車前に、検温とトイレを必ず済ませる。
When the substitute can not show the caretaker's certificate, the caretaker must inform the kindergarten of the substitute's name and the substitute must show the identification when picking children up.
Caretakers must inform the kindergarden of children's physical condition and body temperature using the specified method and basically the kindergarten does not accept children whose body temperature is 37.5 degree C or over. Also even in case children have no fever, the kindergarten may not accept children depending on their condition of health.
a. Kindergarten's bus pickup
Before riding in the pickup bus, body temperature check and toilet must definitely be finished.
園児と保護者もしくは保護者の関係者は、送迎時間の5分前までには必ずバス停で待機し、送迎時間になってもいない場合、園児の乗降を行わず、出発する。
その場合、保護者もしくは保護者の関係者は、当幼児園まで送迎を行うものとし、降園時の場合、延長保育利用料を請求する。
b. 園バス送迎以外
登園前に、検温とトイレを必ず済ませる。
登園時間は8時30分～9時00分とする。降園時間は16時30分～17時00分とする。
8時30分より前の登園及び17時00分より後の降園は、延長保育利用料を請求する。
Children and their guardians or stakeholders must wait at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time for kindergarten. We shall leave without getting on and off of a child if they do not show up at the pick-up time to Kindergarten.
In that case, guardians or stakeholders of children shall pick children up and take them to this kindergarten, and charge extra child care fee when it is at the time of leaving the kindergarten.
b.other than kindergarten bus transportation
Inspect temperature and toilet must be done before coming to kindergarten.
The time to coming is between 8:30 and 9:00. The time to leaving is between 16:30 and 17:00.
We shall request extended child care fee coming before 8:30 or leaving after 17:00.
