Very strange things are currently happening from yr side
Communications are not complete and the order management is too rough. This is causing some problems and for this reason I am asking you to try to manage things in a more orderly manner
The swatches have been sent i to you in early February....... please check again and again
However since we are used to manage contingencies we have kept a copy of swatches that will send tomorrow
kindly provide the correct address and to inform us to whom we have to ship the swatches.
