However, I would like you to cancel this order.
The export becomes difficult (actually impossible) because a timber, rosewood, which is used for many guitar is subject to regulation of Washington Convention from January 2017.
As many Japanese buyers do so, I changed to sell the guitar using this timber only for in Japan until all stock will be sold out. However, I can not control all of the stock so that some products show on eBay. You made an order for one of them.
I will refund all the amount, so would you please cancel this order?
