※1ロックナットの溶接が不十分で回そうと思ったら全て取れてしまいました。他の品番のロックナットも一か所曲がっていたりと不良が多かったです。
※2の座面のような木目の物は極力省いていただけると助かります。不良ではないと思いますが、お客様によってはクレーム対象になってしまいます。次回以降参考にして頂けると幸いです。

1 The weld on lock nut was not enough. It came out when I tried to turn. Other lot number's lock nut are also warp and I found many defectives.
2 It would be great if you avoid using the wood panel on seat. I don't think it's defective but it may become reasons for claims by customers. Please keep it in mind.
