・「市場・産業の成長度〜成熟度」「組織フェーズ」「機能・事業内容」「人員構成（国籍割合・年齢構成）」などによって組織風土は常に進化（又は衰退）しており、より複雑な新興国のHRマーケットの本質を来年も徹底追求したいと思います。タイ・日本国外も果敢にアプローチしていきます。

There are small and big problems. As I love to record memory and record that happen every day as a hobby such as keeping a diary, it was a year with full of topics.
It is a good opportunity to consider strength and weakness of Japanese company and Japanese people at outside.
The climate of organization has always been progressing (or deteriorating) by "growth level of market and industry～development level", "phase of organization", "function and details of business" and "kind of personnel (ratio of nationality and layer of age".
We are going to pursue essence of human resources market of more complicated emerging country next year as well. We dare to approach Thailand and countries other than Japan.
