最初に返品したいとメッセージが来たがNov 8
返品可能期間は14日間なので返品不可能です
どうしても返品したいのであれば以下の条件を守ってください
基本的には返金は商品が元の状態で手元に戻ってからです
・商品、箱にダメージがあれば返金できません（新品未開封の商品で開封した場合は、全額返金不可です。）
・トラッキング番号付けて返品してください
・DHLは使わないでください。安いUPSで返品してください
・返品ラベルは日本から出せなので、そちらの方でで準備してください
The purchased date was Oct 13th.
Nov 8th was the first date saying that the item needed to be returned.
Since possible duration for the return is 14 days, so returns can't be accepted.
If you still insist on returning it, please follow the below.
Basically,returns can be done when the product is received as in an original condition.
If either the product or the box is damaged, returns can't be accepted.( I will refund the whole amount if it' brand new and unopened condition.)
Please send it back with a tracking number.
Please do no use DHL. Please send it back with inexpensive UPS.
I can not issue a return label from Japan, so please have it ready by yourself.
