お問い合わせの件ですが私もこのような現象を見た事がありません。黄色く汚れていてバルサムセパレーションの可能性もありますがなんとも言えないところです。
実写しましたが全体的に黄色い写真となりました。
おそらく修理などは不可能だと思います。レンズ以外の部品取りとしてお考えください。

Regarding to your inquiry, we also have never seen this phenomenon before. It could be balsom separation because we see it yellow and sorry, but we are not sure.
We actually took a picture of it but it turned out yellow overall.
It might not be able to be fix.
You better think that you are getting the parts other than the lends.
