お客さんの国はドイツだと知り、２つお願いがあります。
ドイツのアイテム検査（税関）はとても仕事が遅く１０日ぐらい待たされる時もある。
郵便局員がストライキなどで仕事をしない。
私は去年 沢山ドイツに発送したがドイツでストライキの為Webで追跡も出来なくなり。
バイヤーさんから たくさんの苦情を受けた これだけは免責して欲しい

I have two things I would like to ask your favor because I came to know you live in Germany.
The item inspection (Customs) in Germany is very slow and it may take them about ten days for the custom inspection.
Post office workers walk off their job due to a strike.
The last year when I shipped a number of stuff to Germany, I was not able to track their tracking numbers due to the strike, and then I received a lot of complaints from my buyers. This is the last thing I want to receive.
