AとＢの商品をそれぞれ４つずつ注文したところ、それぞれ１つずつしか届かなかったので、それぞれ３つずつ再発送を依頼していました。本日その再発送分が届いたのですが、結局またそれぞれ１つずつしか届きませんでした。もう一度ＡとＢそれぞれ２つずつ再発送をお願いします。発送元が他の商品と違うようですがそれが原因でこのような間違いが何度も起こるのでしょうか？次回は間違いのないように必ずＡとＢの商品をそれぞれあと２つずつ発送してください。
I ordered 4 each of the A and B items respectively, and as only one of each arrived respectively, I requested that 3 of each were re-sent. Today the re-sent items arrived, but in the end again only one of each arrived. Could you please re-send two each of A and B respectively one more time. The sender appears to have made a mistake with the other products and how many more times will this kind of mistake occur with that as the cause? Could you please make sure to send two of each of the A and B items respectively so that this error doesn't occur next time.
