・コミュニケーションが苦手。周りを巻き込むことができない。
・リーダークラスの社員が残業代など労務系の問題しか声が上がらず、視座が低い。

1）「職場の問題を考えさせる」事前課題シートを作成下さい。
・いくつか「職場の問題」の例を記入下さい。
2）「本質的な問題設定」を手厚くする
3）「アクションプランを考える」時間を手厚くする
・「アクションプランシート」をいくつか共有下さい。
<Task>
- Being too used to ask for an instruction to think and act (lack of problem setting ability)
- Poor communication. Cannot involve others around him/her.
- Employees at a leader level has a narrow viewpoint only to care about labor related issues such as overtime pay.
