1）アクションプランについて
今回の研修の狙いは、研修での学びを職場の実践に繋げることです。
1日目の研修終了後もアクションプランを設け、
職場の課題に対して、一人ひとりの行動をコミットさせたいと思います。
特にマネジャーに対しては、次の研修までの宿題とさせたいです。
2日目の研修冒頭にアクションプランの実践状況を振り返り、
2日目の研修に繋げたいと考えています。
2）補足情報
1日目の研修冒頭に、社長が今回の研修の狙いを社員に語る時間を10分間設けたいと思います。
1. Action plan
The purpose of this training is to practice what they learned in the training in their work.
After the training on the 1st day, we set an action plan and make each person commit to
their action for the problem in their work.
What is emphasized is that we want it to be homework for manager before the next training.
By looking back practice of action plan in the beginning of the training on 2nd day,
we will use it in the training on the 2nd day.
2. Additional information
In the beginning of the training on the 1st day, we will have 10 minutes for the chance where president
talks to employees about purpose of the training this time.
