機材及びビデオテストのお願い

私どもは、日本で映画企画制作をしておりますが、日本及び香港において国際合作映画制作企画におきまして商談来日頂く際に折り入ってお願い致したいことがあり、本状をさし上げた次第です。

We hope this letter finds you in good health.
We are a company planning and producing movies in Japan, and we are writing this letter because there are some things we would like to entreat you to do when you will come to Japan negotiate about the project for making the Japan-Hong Kong joint international movie.
弊社もポストプロダクションにおけるVFS編集サービスを提供しておりますが、貴社の提供するカメラ機材等とのテクニカルマッチングを照合する必要があると判断し、可能であれば商談来日の際に貴社の使用予定のカメラ機材等を弊社までにお持ち頂きましてビデオテストさせて頂ければ幸いに存じます。
突然のことで恐縮でありますが、ご検討いただけますよう、何卒お願い申し上げます。
略儀ながら書中をもってお願い申し上げます。
We also provide VFS editing services in post-production, and we have found it necessary to check whether the equipment including cameras your company will provide, will technically match with our equipment, therefore, if possible, when coming to Japan for the negotiations, we would appreciate it very much if you could bring to our company, the camera equipment you are intending to use for the movie, and to allow us to conduct video testing with those.
Even though we are aware this is a sudden request, we respectfully ask and thank you in advance for your consideration in regard to the above.
