Going through up and downs in career influences, they review their happiness and sadness, knowing the ‘MODERN LOVE’ philosophy and how it means to both of them.

映画概要：エヴァ（シャーリーン・チョイ）とアダム（パコ・チャウ）は付き合って10年の仲の良いカップルです。彼らは香港大学ロースクールを卒業し、規模が違うそれぞれの弁護士事務所でのキャリアをスタートしました。キャリアの浮き沈みを影響を受け、彼らの幸福、悲しみを再考し、”モダン・ラブ”の価値観を知り、お互いの存在意味を理解していきます。
Scene Content: Eva and Adam are fans of Japan movies, especially of the master Yasujiro Ozu and Hirokazu Koreeda. They spend the graduation trip to Shonan for a visit at Chigasaki Kan. They rent a vehicle from Tokyo and Adam drives. On highway, the vehicle lost GPS function, and running out of gasoline soon. They argue on which way to go. Eva is so angry and she takes off the car. Adam drives away. Adam finds a gasoline station to refill. He also gets the hotel direction from the station staff.
シーンの内容： エバとアダムは日本の映画のファンであり、特に、小津安二郎と是枝裕和監督のファンです。２人は、卒業旅行で茅ケ崎館を訪問するため湘南へ行きます。東京でレンタカーを借り、アダムが運転します。高速道路では、車のGPSの機能が故障し、ガソリン切れとなります。選択する方向について口論となり、エバは立腹後、降車します。アダムは、運転を続け、ガソリンを補給するためのガソリンステーションを見つけます。そして、このガソリンステーションの従業員からホテルの方向を教えてもらいます。
Adam drives back to find Eva but Eva has gone. He then drives to Chigasaki Kwa and wait. Hotel staff starts to serve dinner in the room, but Eva is still missing. Adam looks worry but can only wait. In the late night, Eva comes. Adam feels sorry, apologize and promise not to leave her alone anymore. In the morning, they calmly sit at the court and enjoy the quiet moment that they spend together.
アダムはエバを見つけるため車で戻りますが、エバは、既に、いませんでした。その後、茅ケ崎クワまで車で行きました。ホテルの従業員が部屋で夕食をもてなしましたが、エバは、未だ、見つかりません。アダムは心配そうですが、待つしかありません。夜遅くエバが戻ります。アダムは、かわいそうに思い謝罪し、２度と彼女を一人にしておかないと約束します。翌朝、裁判所において穏やかに着席した２人は、共に過ごす静寂な時間を楽しみます。
