先ほど私の手元に荷物が戻って来ました。日本の郵便局に問い合せた所、海外のことなので、詳しい事はわからないと言われました。ただ考えられる原因としては下記の理由が考えられます。
1）間違った住所に届き、そこの方が受け取りを拒否したため、返送された。
2）香港の郵便局員が不在票を入れ忘れ、連絡がないため、戻ってきた
住所は下記でお間違いないですか？
今後の対応は返金と再送どちらになさいますか？
A package returned to me a while ago. In asking a post office in Japan about the situation, I was notified that they would not be familiar with the situation as it took place overseas. Still I can think of the following reasons:
1) The package arrived at a wrong address and the person refused to receive it. Later it was returned to me.
2) A post officer in Hong Kong forgot to leave the absence notice. It came back to me as there was no response. Is your address right with the following?
