The post office here said to me that i have to wait a letter from the post office asking me to bring the item with the damage there to show what happened. But they only send this letter if you really did the same damage report in japan. We both need to do the same thing but it needs to start there in Japan. So i'm waiting for this letter ...
こんにちは。こちらの郵便局は郵便局からの手紙を待つよう言いました。そして状況を証明するため問題のある荷物を持ってくるよう指示しました。しかし、貴方が日本での同じ問題の報告した場合のみ向こうはこの手紙を送るそうです。つまり私たちは双方で同じことをしなければいけないのですが、まず、日本で始めなければなりません。このためこの手紙を待っています。
